At 91, we mainly serve fresh seafood from Kesennuma fishing port, which boasts one of the largest catches in Japan,
The chef has put all of his skill into his creative Mediterranean cuisine, which is mainly based on fresh seafood from Kesennuma, one of the largest fishing ports in Japan.
The seafood is prepared in the most delicious way according to the season such as bonito in summer, Pacific saury in fall, and swordfish and oysters in winter.
Vegetables are freshly picked organic vegetables locally and from the local town of Kahoku.
Please enjoy the whole deliciousness of Kesennuma with our wide variety of wines.
